Hi! I’m Tegan and I own Spilt Milk - a small batch gluten free bakery, located in a residential studio in NW Seattle.
Growing up my mom, sister, and I struggled to find gluten free alternatives to our favorite baked goods and were tasked to create our own. After decades of crafting recipes, exploring flour alternatives, and working as a professional baker, Spilt Milk was created.
Here at Spilt Milk we focus on flavor-packed treats that are fun, nostalgic, and of course, gluten free.
